Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your purchases from Cozy Cottage within 10 days of delivery, along with the regulations and exceptions as follows.
- Please contact us prior to returning your item and be sure to save the original packaging for the return.
- Seasonal Items can be returned for Store Credit Only (if received within the 10 days and before the holiday).
- All special orders will require a 20% restocking fee for both returns and exchanges. Items that are referred to as a “special order” in the product description is subject to this fee.
- Any item that is customized for you in any way may not be returned or exchanged.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping for any return, and is responsible for the safe return of the merchandise. We will not accept any returns sent C.O.D.
- All original shipping and handling charges will be non-refundable for returns and exchanges.
- If you received an item that is defective, it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you receive a damaged product, please be sure to save all original packaging and shipping materials. We may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, so please take photographs of the damage. Keep the item and the packaging until the concerns have been resolved, because the shipping carrier may need to pick up these items for further inspection.
Seller holds the right to cancel any order at any time between the time of purchase and time of shipping. A full refund will be given if an order is placed but cannot be fulfilled. Some items that are stated available may suddenly become unavailable due to the company's stock.
